Court Ordered Bible Study: SC Woman’s Odd DUI Punishment

Charleston County Deputy Sheriff Has DUI Charge Reduced to Reckless Driving

A Charleston, South Carolina municipal court judge reduced a DUI charge against a Charleston County Deputy Sheriff to reckless driving at a recent court hearing.  Nicholas Wagner, 37, was scheduled to appear in court May 24.
