Justin Bieber was reportedly arrested for driving under the influence and resisting arrest in Miami on January 23. Beiber was released from jail on a $2,500.00 surety bond. According to Miami Beach Police, Bieber and Khalil were drag racing in a yellow Lamborghini and a red Ferrari when they were stopped at 4:11 am. Bieber allegedly admitted to drinking alcohol, smoking marijuana and taking prescription medication before driving his Lamborghini.
The 19 year old Bieber was allegedly not cooperating with the officer's instructions at the scene and was therefore charged with resisting arrest without violence and having an invalid driver's license. According to the news story, Bieber has been spotted in the Miami area lately. He was allegedly spotted at the King of Diamonds strip club earlier this week asking for $75,000 in singles. Hopefully he saved some of those singles for his legal fees and/or any fines he may be forced to pay in the near future.
