A DUI charge is certainly no laughing matter, but let's face it, these DUI arrest videos are pretty darn funny.
1. This man was charged with DUI after being pulled over while driving a lawnmower, beer in hand. Perhaps a necessity defense is warranted here, however, because according to him his wife said she would stab him the face if he didn't go to the store for more beer.
2. The officer in this DUI video was in for a surprise when he pulled over this car on suspicision of DUI. These two ladies, topless, admit to being under the influence and want to be arrested and "thrown in the back seat" by the officer.Then they get out of the car and run topless through nearby sprinklers.
3. This man was arrested for DUI and taken into custody to provide a breath sample. He seems okay, until he stands up.
